Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders for e-bikes, which require additional inspection and packaging due to their size and value, may take up to 3 business days to prepare. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment. Orders placed after 12 PM EEST may begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer the following shipping options, tailored to the needs of e-bike and accessory deliveries:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via trusted carriers like UPS or FedEx, suitable for accessories and smaller items.
- Freight Delivery: Used for e-bikes due to their weight (typically 50-80 lbs) and size, ensuring secure transport with specialized carriers.
- Express Shipping: Available for select regions, offering faster delivery for urgent orders.
- Local Pickup: Available at our warehouse by appointment only. Contact us to arrange.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. For e-bikes, freight delivery costs $150 within the continental US due to their size. Accessories may qualify for flat-rate or free shipping on orders over $4000 (US only). All costs, including taxes and fees, will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be noted on the Site.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after order processing and vary by region and shipping method:
- United States (Continental): 7 business days for standard shipping; 3 business days for express; 10 business days for freight (e-bikes).
- EU Countries: 12 business days for standard shipping; 14 business days for freight.
- International (Other Regions): 14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries, including the US, EU, Canada, and Australia. Available destinations are shown at checkout. For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. E-bikes must meet destination country standards (e.g., EU pedelec laws). We recommend verifying local requirements before ordering. International freight deliveries may require additional coordination due to the size of e-bikes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. For freight deliveries, tracking may include additional steps, such as scheduling delivery with the carrier. You can also check order status by logging into your account on www.talariagroup.store or contacting us. Signature is required for e-bike deliveries to ensure security.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take care to package e-bikes and accessories securely, but damage or loss may occur during transit:
- Damaged Packages: Inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@talariagroup.com. We will coordinate with the carrier for a claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate it or file a claim.
All shipments include basic insurance. For high-value e-bikes, we recommend purchasing additional insurance at checkout for extra protection. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery or when handed to the carrier for local pickup.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We cannot predict these charges, so please check with your local customs office before ordering. For EU orders, VAT is applied at checkout where required.
