Eligibility for Returns

- For e-bikes specifically, the item must show no signs of assembly beyond basic unboxing, no mileage on the odometer, and no evidence of use (e.g., tire marks, scratches, or battery cycles).
We reserve the right to inspect returned items upon receipt to verify eligibility. Returns may be denied if the product has been misused, damaged during return shipping, or does not meet these criteria.
Return Timeframe
You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. This timeframe allows ample opportunity to inspect your e-bike or accessory upon receipt. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted, except in cases covered under our warranty (see below).
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition. For high-value items like e-bikes, which are heavy and complex products, we require:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or modifications. Accessories like batteries or chargers may have shorter warranties (e.g., 6 months). How to Initiate a Return
