Talaria Group Refund & Return Policy

At Talaria Group, we are committed to providing high-quality e-bikes, including our Talaria models and other premium brands. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains our procedures clearly and fairly for both our customers and our business. Please review this policy before purchasing. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and free from damage, wear, or modifications.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

  • For e-bikes specifically:

    • No assembly beyond basic unboxing

    • No mileage on the odometer

    • No signs of use (e.g., tire marks, scratches, or battery cycles)

We reserve the right to inspect returned items to verify eligibility. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.


Return Timeframe

You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted, except under our warranty.


Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in new, resalable condition. For e-bikes:

  • Securely repackage in original box

  • No alterations or installations (e.g., added accessories, software updates)

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Defective items due to manufacturing issues are handled under warranty.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a verified defect. Use insured, trackable shipping (UPS, FedEx) to prevent loss or damage. Talaria Group will reimburse shipping costs for defective items upon approval.


Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5–7 business days), we process the refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items or accessories are missing, or if a restocking fee is required (e.g., 15%).

We notify you via email throughout the process, including reasons for any denial or adjustment.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. For e-bikes, exchanges are limited to identical or equivalent products. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued.


Warranty

Talaria Group provides a 1-year limited warranty for e-bikes, covering manufacturing defects (frame, motor, battery, electronics). Accessories may have shorter warranties. Warranty claims require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Details/photos of the issue

We may repair, replace, or refund items at our discretion. Shipping for verified defects is covered by us.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support@talariagroup.store within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions.

  3. Securely package the item, include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided.

  4. Track your shipment and retain proof until we confirm receipt.
